The prestigious BBA (British Board of Agrement) standard requires compliance and certification for both PAS (Product Assessment Specification) 23 operational service and PAS24 security standards, as well as corrosion resistance to BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 4, dictating that the hardware must still function after a gruelling 240 hours of neutral salt spray exposure. BBA accreditation is held by Yale Door and Window Solution's coveted Lockmaster range of multi-point door locks. |

Hardware products can carry the European Union CE mark only if they comply with the relevant harmonised product standard and the manufacturer has followed the appropriate conformity attestation procedures. |

If any product should fail due to sub-standard materials or workmanship, under normal wear and tear conditions, within a twelve month period from date of supply, then it will be replaced free of charge.
