Are all new doors and windows fitted with Yale products?
Do all doors and windows open and close correctly and smoothly without jamming and rubbing on the frame?
When the doors and windows are open and the handle is turned, do they move easily and fully?
Are all the screws attached to the doors and windows present and fully engaged?
Are the doors and windows including the hardware components free of physical damage (crack, chips, etc)?
Maintenance: All moving components of doors and windows (i.e. door and window locks, hinges and handles) must be kept free of dirt and lubricated by the registrant with an appropriate oil based lubricant at twice yearly intervals.
Yale’s security guarantee is only valid for door and window hardware correctly fitted, adjusted and maintained in accordance to Yale’s installation instructions.
